Which type of Investor you are?

You might be wondering why I insert this moon image here, but I found it very relevant to my article as we will study different types of investors so after crossing all the hurdles and barriers the last we come up with a full moon like investor which is most knowledgeable, beautiful and lightning.

Investment is a vital decision and anyone from us can feel insecure while trusting on anyone for the same.
Before investing we need to make the habit of savings and after that, we required to think for the security of our family.
Later on, we should move further!

There are many people in India who called themselves as investor but actually, they are only savers of money. Literally, I have seen people who have a lot of money and precious metals leaving by their ancestors but they never even opened a locker in the bank account as they still store their money or "Dhan" in-home lockers.
They don't trust anybody and don't do any expenditure as well because they only love to save it into their "Tijori".
It is important to understand which type of investors category you belong, for the correct understanding of finance and investing.

Pre-investor
Money saver
Uninformed investor
Informed investor
Active investor
Proactive investor

Pre-investor: This is the category of people who yet not give the thought over investing, they are educated, self-dependent but their salaries or wages not appropriate for investments.
whatever money they manage to save they just want to either keep it with themselves of with any government bank so that their money can be safe and secure.
These types of people spend most of their money on consumption. These people have not any knowledge about any investment tool.

Money saver: Money saver is the type of investor who only believes in saving, saving, and only saving.
These people obsessed with saving. It doesn't matter what the occupation of that person but they only love to procure most of the money earned and all the household members hardly get any money to spend. An example of this can be understood through old Lala Ji who sit on their shops with their tummies and thought themselves as the most intelligent and powerful in the city. They are very stubborn Lala Ji's and only talked about like "Hamare Jamane me aisa hota tha".

Uninformed investor: This category of investors is very prominent in India, they have a good job and want to invest the money but have very little knowledge about it, and above from all they don't know that they are uninformed investors.
They don't know how to save the interest of investors and how to sit on cash, they hardly know anything about investment options, plans, to whom to contact and chances of the seduction of these people is very high.
These types of investors can share their secrets with anyone and share of OTP and PASSWORD chances are very high as they have technology with them but they are not informed about the Do's and Don'ts of them.

Informed investor: This type of investor is very informed read business news, watch business channels and in our country, we can find only few of them approx 10 percent of people come under this category.
Knowledge of investing tools, ways to invest, pros and cons of that method all are known to this type of investor.
But this is to sure that an informed investor can be an active investor implies that he may like to collect the information or and his background is matched with it but he does not invest according to his knowledge and maybe that he has not appropriate funds for the same, or if he invests then the amount is very small.

Active investor: Active investors are the investor's category which invests actively in different tools of investment and he believes in wealth creation from his money.
the moral of active investors is comparatively higher than any other type of investor but it can be both types of investor, informed, or uninformed.

Proactive investor: This is the best category among all the investors as this type of investor thinks proactively, they plan for their retirement, they think to save taxes, they think for their children's education, they think for the health and term insurance to secure their family.
Proactive investors can also be either informed or uninformed but he continuously tries to collect the knowledge from all available sources to make a perfect investment.

Now consider these all investors and try to fit yourself in one of them.

Candlestick-Heart of Technical Analysis

Candlestick-Heart of Technical Analysis Candlestick-Heart of Technical Analysis Candlesticks are the horror story for most of us, believe me, there is not any rocket science into it. Earlier there were only lines and bar graphs to study about the stock but the b ar and line graphs are difficult to study in detail analysis and less appealing. Japan introduces the candlestick pattern and it's being used since the 18 century in Japan. That's why it is called  Japanese candlestick.  While the westerns have no idea about it, around 1980, a trader named steve Nison discovered candlesticks in the western part. Due to its perfection and completeness, it becomes popular everywhere but still, it is known as Japanese candlesticks. This is favorite for most of the traders and easy to understand by everyone. I called it the Heart of Technical Analysis because technical analysis is best with these candlesticks only and without the knowledge of these candlestick patterns, you would be unable...

Do you know your investment !

Do you know your investment! Do you know your investment ! Investing is not only about money, but it is also about your emotions and hard work. If your investment is not fruitful and rewarding then you would not be motivated to do more hard work. A good and successful investment is like another earning member in your family who will take up your money, make your money work, and give you long-term returns. Investment is like buying today and consuming tomorrow, with an increase in quality and quantity. In other words, protecting our future and creating wealth. The purpose and meaning of investing can be different from person to person and profession to profession. Like the person earning 50k in a month, would be having a different investment objective, then the person earning 25k. Even their responsibilities would also play a vital role in investing, depending on their conditions, maybe the person earning 25 k is not having any major responsibilities while the person earns 50k ...

Should you "buy what you Know"?

Should you "buy what you know"? We all humans loves our comfert zones and as a defensive customer, we always want to go with the things we already know about and with the names familiar with. The same nature affect the investors portfolios while investing. In 1980 and 1990 this seems to be very common slogan that "buy what you know" but how much fruitful it is in today's uncertain market and time, we will try to understand it practically. Suppose you went London for vaccations and you reached there at morning, after check out you want to have breakfast but you don't have any idea about the places and where to get best food. You will ask the best place to visit for breakfast from localities or your cab driver. He leaves you the place where you may find so many restaurants and stalls for breakfast options. You got confused that what would be the best as per your taste and pocket, you started to analys that where most of the people are going and what is the fo...
